Plan & usage
Over quota returns 429 quota_exceeded on /v1/verify — a billing limit, never a deny decision. Your agents' authority is unaffected by your invoice.
API keys
One key per service, each revocable on its own. Last verify is what makes revoking safe — if no traffic has come through a key in weeks, retiring it breaks nothing. It records verification calls specifically, not dashboard reads, so it answers the question that matters: is anything in production still using this? Up to 10 active keys.

Claim a platform you already hold
